  1. As a part-time artist, the drawing time is one month after confirmation of payment. Rush orders are not accepted.

    Currently, only non-profit personal commissions are accepted. Please let us know if it's for commercial use.

  3.  

    Please follow the commission process, complete the form and send clear character designs and related images to the email address. Private messaging on social media is also acceptable.

    Payment methods only PayPal (Please note the handling fee).

    Not all commission requests will be accepted. If we determine that we cannot complete the commission, we will not accept the request. We also do not accept commissions that only require written descriptions.

    Before starting the artwork and during the sketch phase, you may cancel the commission. However, once we start working on the final artwork, cancellation is not possible, and the payment will not be refunded.

    The price listed in the commission sample is only a base price, and the actual price may vary depending on the complexity.

  8.  

    The price listed for a single person's commission. For commissions involving multiple people, the price will be multiplied accordingly.

  9.  

    After confirming the sketch, please pay the full amount before we start drawing. (See commission process for details)

  10. The final product is a PNG image file. We do not provide PSD files unless there is a special request.

Sketch > Payment > Finished work.

How long does it take to receive the commissioned artwork?

The artwork will be completed with in one month after payment confirmation.
